Hello! I am currently a Research Assistant Professor at Ristumeikan University in Japan. My research primarily centers on nationalism and political economy, with a regional focus on China and Japan. At present, I am working on a book manuscript that explores the interplay between nationalism and China's economic modernization. I am also actively engaged in comparative research focused on China and Japan's global strategies and industrial policies. Joining scholars in Political Communication, I have recently initiated a collaborative project that employs mixed methods to analyze the connection between nationalism and online disinformation within the Chinese context.
